Return and Exchange Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Fujitech Technologies Inc. and would like to request a return, please note the following:

  1. All unopened or unused products are eligible for a return, exchange or refund within the 7-day period from the invoice date (some exceptions apply)
  2. Original invoice must be presented during all returns, exchanges and refunds.
  3. Returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit, depending on products, are only valid within the return period of your original purchase date unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
  4. OUR POLICY ON PRODUCT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT, REPLACEMENT, AND PRICE PROTECTION

    • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are permitted for ALL opened or used printer cartridges, toners, blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), water-cooling, headsets and headphones.
    • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted on ALL unopened or opened Software, PC and Video games.
    • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted on Special Order Items, Clearance Items and Final Sale Items except when they are found defective, and only a repair or replacement of the product is available.
    • No return for refunds, exchanges, credit or replacement are accepted for opened or used non-defective items.
    • Opened or used products which are proven to be defective may be returned for replacement, exchange, refund, credit or repair within the return policy period.
    • Fujitech Technologies Inc. reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or not.
    • Physically damaged products will not be accepted for replacement, exchange, refund or credit.
    • Fujitech Technologies Inc. do not offer any warranty on dead or stuck pixel on LCD/LED monitors, laptops screen and LED/Plasma TV. Customer needs to contact manufacturer directly for any warranty service claim. Dead or stuck pixel warranty varies with manufacturer’s policy.
  5. All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment. For purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund.
  6. All products that have been registered with the manufacturer for warranty and service support cannot be returned to Fujitech Technologies Inc. for credit or replacement. The warranty services of such products will be handled by the manufacturer directly.
  7. Products of a consumable nature (including printer ink and toner, blank CD/DVD/BD media, paper, other printing supplies, projector bulb and products that come with consumable accessories) cannot be returned once opened. Defective products that have consumable accessories supplied from the manufacturer may be exchanged for the same item within the exchange period.
  8. All returned products (both defective and non-defective) must be in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the purchase included a free gift or an included bonus item, to qualify for a refund, the free gift or bonus item must also be returned. If you purchased an item as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. However, if you decide to break up that bundle by returning an item, the price of all items in the bundle reverts to what they would be if they were purchased individually. Therefore, you will receive a refund for the returned item that is less than the price you paid for it when you purchased it as part of a bundle.
  9. Fujitech Technologies Inc. will charge a minimum 15% restocking fee on any opened or used products accepted for return in resaleble condition.
  10. All products returned for refund must be in good resalable condition. Fujitech Technologies Inc. reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for special circumstances such as damaged packaging or missing accessories. A product's fitness for resale will be determined by our staff.
  11. Fujitech Technologies Inc. will only accept defective items that are within the store warranty period. Defective items returned within the 7-day period, depending on product, but without the complete set of accessories and all packaging will be accepted for repair only. Products that are classified as physically damaged will not be covered by warranty.
