He cleared stubborn viruses, reinstalled operating systems and key programs, and installed new hard drive. The performance of each computer has been significantly improved. I was very pleased with a new PC purchased from Fujitech. He did offer to send the drive to a lab at no cost for an estimate and he helped set up my new computer at a nominal cost. It turned out that the motherboard was affected and new hard drive had to be installed. I have been going to Joseph for all my computer services and find him to be very professional and reliable. Last week my daughter spilled water on her brand new macbook pro which we just purchased in December 2013. Even though it was under warranty with apple, when we took it to them, they did not honor the warranty as it was liquid damage and considered personal negligence. The cost to repair it was very expensive from apple, and so I took our macbook pro to Joseph. As usual, Joseph took a look and told me the price and when i had told him to go ahead, he had the computer ready for me in 2 days. Excellent work done.
