Product Warranty

All products sold by Fujitech Technologies Inc. are covered by 30-day Fujitech Technologies Inc. warranty and manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated. Physically damaged products will not be covered by warranty, neither Fujitech Technologies Inc. nor original manufacturer.

If a product is found to be defective and returned within 30 days of purchase date for repair, Fujitech Technologies Inc. will repair the product or send it back to manufacturer for warranty service for customers.

If a product is found to be defective over 30 days of purchase date and within the manufacturer warranty period, customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly for any services request.

Fujitech Technologies Inc. does not offer warranty on the following categories:

  • Data Backup services
  • Software and data loss or damages
  • Later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components
  • Non hardware issues such as virus/spyware infections, accidental file deletion.
  • Misuse, physical damages or had been repaired by an unauthorized third party
  • Incompatibility issues after installing new hardware or software

Refurbished Products Warranty

All refurbished products sold by Fujitech Technologies Inc. are covered by 30-day Fujitech Technologies Inc. warranty, unless specified. Some Refurbished product warranty could be longer and details are printed on the invoice and stated under the product information on our website.
